About the Collective & New Location

Simply Chic Spa & Wellness Collective was created with a simple goal: to offer beauty and wellness professionals a peaceful space to grow their business without the noise and chaos of a traditional salon. This is more than just a place to rent a room. It’s a supportive, calm environment designed for providers who care about offering a high quality, client focused experience.

The new location opens September 2025 at 1075 S Yukon St, Suite 310 in Lakewood, CO. It’s located on the third floor of a quiet, professional building, an elevator for easy access, and a layout that offers both privacy and flexibility. There is a break room with a shared sink (installation planned for early September), and free parking right outside.

Unlike traditional salon rentals that charge high weekly rates, Simply Chic offers spaces at a much lower price point with a flat monthly rate. This makes it easier to plan and budget without the added stress of fluctuating rental costs.

Available Spaces

Private Suite – $600 per month

A quiet, private space that gives you full control over your setup and experience. Freshly painted white and move in ready by September 15. The suite includes a locking door for privacy, full access to all shared amenities, and a clean, professional environment that supports your business.

Part Time Shared Room – $350 per month

A part time space with a facial bed and basic setup.

• Available all day Sundays and Mondays

• Optional co working one to two additional weekdays

• Flexible month to month option

• Includes access to all amenities

• Best suited for lash techs, brow artists, PMU artists, or providers who are comfortable working in a co working environment rather than a fully private suite

• Creative freedom in your suite (paint changes require landlord approval)

• First month free with a signed 12 month lease

• One week vacation credit after 6 months (12 month lease only)

• Great fit for estheticians, massage therapists, PMU artists, brow specialists, reiki practitioners, energy workers, therapy counselors, therapy coaches, and other wellness professionals
